Refund and Cancellation Policy
Manage and cancel subscriptions
Use Manage subscription on your account page to manage payment details and subscriptions. Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge, and access continues through the paid period.
Withdrawal and digital services
Before paid digital service delivery or paid-credit issuance begins, you may request withdrawal where applicable law provides it. After use begins, withdrawal rights may be limited where applicable law allows. This does not limit statutory rights when the service differs from its advertising or contract.
Requesting a refund
Contact support for duplicate charges, confirmed technical failures, or a service that differs from the contract. We review requests and, when applicable, issue refunds to the original payment method.
Payment disputes
Access connected to a transaction may be limited after a refund, chargeback or payment dispute.
