Audio processing and storage
Analysis and mastering run in your browser. Free and membership results are not stored on Waveroom servers, so download each finished file directly to your device. A 10-track-pass account may access one base 24-bit WAV for a completed master in its account-only library for up to 12 hours regardless of the selected download format. When the access period ends, the file is no longer available from the library and is removed through the retention-deletion process.
Information we keep
We may store login identity, email, usage and membership status. Waveroom does not store card or bank details.
Protection and deletion
Library files can only be downloaded by the signed-in account that created them and are never offered through a public link. The temporary library is not a backup service, and remaining temporary files may be removed if the account is deleted or begins a membership. When you delete your account from the account page, library files, usage records and unused credits are deleted. To prevent duplicate free or referral rewards and refund abuse, we retain hashes of email, account and billing-customer identifiers, reward-related transaction references and grant/reversal records, and the deletion time. We do not store card or bank details.
