Using the service

Process only audio that you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for using and distributing your results.

Track passes and memberships

New accounts include 1 free master. Previously granted free allowances are preserved. Analysis and previews do not consume a credit. A credit is used after a completed result file is prepared; changing presets or file formats within the same loaded track does not use an extra credit. Loading a new file starts a separate job. A 10-track pass uses one credit per successfully completed master and does not expire. Monthly and annual memberships renew each billing period until cancelled. You can review the final amount before payment.

Temporary library and backups

A 10-track-pass account may receive one base 24-bit WAV for a completed master in its account-only library for up to 12 hours. This is not a backup or permanent storage service, so save any file you need to your own device promptly. Once the access period ends the file cannot be downloaded again, and remaining temporary-library files may be removed if the account is deleted or begins a membership.

Starting a digital service

Before payment, you may separately request immediate access to the digital service. Once paid credits are issued or paid use begins, withdrawal rights may be limited where applicable law allows.

Metering notice

Loudness and TRUE PEAK readings are browser-based analysis values and can vary by playback environment.
