Delete your account and data
Waveroom Mastering lets you delete your account directly from your account page.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to Waveroom and open your account page.
- Choose ‘Delete account’ at the bottom of the page and review the information shown.
- Select the final confirmation to complete deletion. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first using ‘Manage subscription’.
Data deleted or retained
When deletion is completed, library files, mastering and usage history, profile information, and unused credits are deleted. To prevent duplicate free or referral rewards and refund abuse, Waveroom retains hashes of email, account and billing-customer identifiers, reward-related transaction references and grant or reversal records, and the deletion time. Waveroom does not store card or bank details.
Delete individual files
You can keep your account and delete selected saved files from the library on your account page.
